NOW has won the 2022 British Council for Offices (BCO) regional Innovation Award for its sustainable design. The award recognizes the building's innovative approach to sustainability and our vision for creating a better future for the built environment.

Edenica, Best Net Zero project

Edenica has won Best Net Zero project at the 2022 Consultancy and Engineering Awards. This building will act as a pilot project for the implementation of the material passporting initiative, and is the first scheme within the City of London to be designed as a storage bank where materials are held for future reuse.

HERE + NOW, Sustainable Development of the year

HERE+NOW has won Business Magazine’s Sustainable Development of the year award at the 2022 Thames Valley Property Awards. The award is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the people behind HERE+NOW.
